Dr. Abdullah is the founding physician of Apex Regenerative Institute — an internal medicine physician who practices hospital medicine and brings that same clinical standard to regenerative care. He leads a physician-directed care team, and his approach is deliberately conservative: careful candidacy, image-guided precision, and realistic expectations set at the start.

Our philosophy
Most patients arrive after a surgeon has told them they'll eventually need a replacement, or after months of treatments that only managed the symptom. They're looking for something more thoughtful — and more honest.
We build every plan around a diagnosis, not a package. We image the joint, we tell you your candidacy honestly, and we quote the price before you commit. When a therapy isn't the right answer, we say so — and point you toward what is.
What we deliberately don't do
We don't offer bone marrow (BMAC) or fat-derived (adipose) harvests — they add a surgical step without a clear advantage for what we treat. We don't sell packages priced by visit count. We don't run high-pressure closes. And we don't treat patients the evidence says we can't help.
